So since the prophecy says that Rand will destroy the Aiel, except for the remnant of the remnant who will live, and you claim that said destruction comes from what we have seen in AViendha's vision, we come to the conclusion that:
1- You think it is fair to blame Rand for actions that were taken by others after his death that will lead to the extinction of the Aiel in thousands of years.
2- You believe that Aviendha's vision is unavoidable.
While I do not agree with either of these and maintain that the vision is therefore flawed, if you accept them, then you can indeed reconcile it with the Prophecies.
