As for there still being Jenn at the time of the prophecy, I'd say that's completely irrelevant. If you disagree, you must explain how Rand is supposed to save something that has already died out. Will he master time travel?
The "remnant of a remnant" would be that the Aiel become permanent gai'shain once again. To do no violence. A lot of gai'shain have not put off the white and will not now. They were shamed to the bone of what their ancestors have done and believe this is the only way to regain their honor.
