"Damn sister married the Pope instead of my chosen Lord Ohsoimportant" Lohikaarme Send a noteboard - 25/03/2012 03:50:06 PM
(you would rather have expected, in a real world setting, that Elayne would at least have lamented the fact she lost Gawyn for a political wedding between the future First Prince and the daughter of a House with a strong bloodline, Norwelyn for example).

In a real world setting she would be overjoyed... but instead/in addion to being happy because her brother and friend married, she'd enjoy the prospect of having the worlds most or secondmost powerful woman as an inlaw.
