Questions for Brandon - Edit 1

Brandon is attending a star expo in Australia in April. There will be opportunities for signing as well as a general Q and A session. I am happy to ask any questions you might have.
1. What does it take to become a Hero of the Horn? Is being bound to the Horn a reward for having accomplished a lot for the Light, or are they simply chosen because they have talents/traits that would be useful for a Hero to have (such as Birgitte being a skilled archer)?
2. Brandon said there are six women stronger in the Power than Nynaeve. We already know of Lanfear, Sharina, and Alivia. Graendal also seems likely. Who are the last two?
3. Did RJ's notes say anything about Tuon's potential strength?
I'm especially interested in #1, but any of these would be great. Thanks!
