Yes Aran'gar has limited abilities to find others dreams ... Likely one reason she was placed in the camp. All I'm saying is that we've seen Lanfear display more abilities related to Dreaming than Moghedien or the other Female Forsaken which IMO makes her the most likely female to be a Dreamer (as in prophetic dreams) ...
One could argue that this is a difference in style, especially considering that Moghedien believes herself more talented and skilled in Tel'aran'rhiod (see the encounter with Egwene in TFOH). I realize that it's quite possible Moghedien is just delusional. I'm just saying, I don't see any particular reason to assume it's Lanfear. What's the point of assuming that anyway? Any plot extrapolation you could make would be wildly circumstantial by nature. Moridin is more of a certainty, and the one who exhibits the best understanding of future events by a long shot, so that's slightly different.
And Moghedien certainly seems guilty of that! But there is no reason to doubt that she is more proficient in Tel'aran'rhiod than anyone else and still is not a Dreamer. I tend to fall back on Lanfear because of the early portrayal of her as the master of Dreams. RJ built her up so much in the early books and in the BWB that it seems like she should have been the female equivalent to Ishamael. But we certainly never saw evidence of her having prophetic abilities.
