On rereleasing mmpb with new covers: please, Tor, think about the prices and the layout!

Current prices:
The Eye of the World 6.99
The Great Hunt 7.99
The Dragon Reborn 15.99
The Shadow Rising 8.99
The Fires of Heaven 7.99
Lord of Chaos 9.99
A Crown of Swords 7.99
The Path of Daggers 7.99
Winter's Heart 7.99
Crossroads of Twilight 8.99
Knife of Dreams 7.99
The Gathering Storm 9.99 (in hardcover just 6.28!!! - barnes -)
Towers of Midnight 9.99
If you restart the series with new covers, then you should match the prices and the layout.
Prices: It's really sad to see the differences 6.99 vs 15.99. Let's say: all the books are 7.99!
Layout: I (and almost every friend of mine) prefer the british editions, they are just better to read, they are more 'handy' etc. They have only one fault: much more expensive than the american edition.
