And apparently, if a man is Gentled or a woman Severed, they can't even see the Power so I don't know how they would be able to lead a Circle. Also, another fatal flaw in your idea is that the Dark One has control over who accesses the True Power. It could take away the TP just when Rand needed it the most or reduce the amount Rand is holding to a trickle.

The DO has total control over the TP I just don't think he can distinguish between Rand and Moiridin
