Since Nynaeve was obviously not at peak strength in WH, while Alivia obviously was, we have no real clue about the distance between Nynave and Alivia. We do know Sharina is stronger in potential, and that probably means she's going to be as strong as Cyndane or Lanfear.
For all we know, Graendal, Semirhage and Nynaeve are more or less equal at about 95% of Lanfear's strength, and Moghedien is at 80%.
