I just noticed that he didn't list Cadsuane, either, and he credited her in other scenes with doing what she thought was right. It could be that from BS's standpoint, those characters are more like Rand's support system, whereas he considers Cadsuane and Egwene as equals whose respect is not guaranteed. I didn't find it that glaring, honestly, because that scene was out of character given how he thought of everyone in TGH. I just chalked it up to BS' writing, since RJ bent over backwards to talk up each member of the Two Rivers crew.
