That implies that he was visibly homosexual in the later books, which I don't think is the case. In fact, other than Dumbledore not having any romantic entanglements with anyone over the course of the series, there is nothing saying anything about his orientation. So he could be heterosexual, homosexual, or simply not interested one way or the other.
So like Dumbledore, I'm certain Galad can be declared homosexual after the series ends, and all his previous thoughts about Egwene and Berelain attributed to mere confusion.
