The Tinkers are dedicated to peace but live a nomadic lifestyle, with no fixed occupation and convinced that finding the Song will bring back the good old days. (Which ain't going to happen unless there's a recipe for creating Nym in that bronze library ter'angreal currently in Elayne's possession.)
Unless post-VoG-Rand remembers how it's done?
Edit: Although it probably won't matter anyway, since the necessary equipment and infrastructure is long gone. Or else Aginor would have started creating new forsaken once he was out of the Bore.
