I ask this only because it has come to my attention that a lot of people who make things I do not like have been dying recently, such as Steve Jobs, Sara DouglASS, and Andy Whitfield. This leads me to believe the universe is once again making an effort to please me, in its typically misguided fashion (Gods of the Arena, for example, strongly suggests that Blood & Sand was hardly Whitfield’s fault), and when pondering where the next blow is likely to strike, I cannot help but be concerned that Sanderson may be at risk of sudden-onset Mormon cancer or something.
So now I must wonder, and pose the question to the rest of you, who will be called upon to finish A Memory of Light (again)? And whose decision would that be? Will the choice now devolve upon the Widow Sanderson (or widowS as the case may, but probably won’t, be? )? Will she pick any better, or if the choice is still Mrs. MacDougal’s, will she improve her selection process this time around? Will the new author, feeling overwhelmed at the task before him, make the decision to divide A Memory of Light into books 14, 15 & 16, of the Wheel of Time? How long will this process repeat? They say there are no beginnings or endings to the Wheel of Time, and given that since the series started, Jordan has released material predating the first book on four different occasions, it looks increasingly like that familiar aphorism is equally true on both ends.

If I was writing it, there would be no need for massive diatribes. She'd be good or face justice.

I'm not exactly a fan either, but I did like her Wayfarer Redemption enough.
