Okay, just wondering. How are you going to enjoy the final novel of this epic series? Questions:
1. When did you start reading WOT? Year and what were you doing in life.
November 1997, while taking a break from my MA (History) written and oral exams.
2. Where is your life now and where will it be in early 2012, when aMoL comes out?
I am a clinical teacher and testing coordinator at a residential treatment disorder for teens with substance abuse issues. Hopefully, I'll still be employed next year, but I may also pursue teaching a night class or two as an adjunct professor at a local community college.
3. Will you pick up the book the first day it is out? If no, when will you?
I suspect my profile has dropped enough over the past year that I won't receive it 1-2 weeks before the release date, but if I don't, it might be some time before I purchase it. WoT is very low on my list of "must-read" books

4. Will you read it as quickly as possible or linger with it since it is the end of an era (why/why not)?
I read hundreds of pages an hour, so if I feel like spending a few hours on it, I'd finish it within a day. But I doubt I could stomach that much WoT at any one time

5. Where will you read the book, i.e., what is your go-to location?
Uh, home? Unless I buy it as an e-book (doubtful that'll be available release day), then it might be during a lunch break or two.
6. Do you think we have read the last of the WOT world or does Harriet have something up her sleeve for the future?
There'll be something more, but I couldn't care less about any of it. I'm just waiting for my first two translations to be published later this year

Interesting comment about WoT not having any "enduring value".....

Taking off from work? That's a pretty cool idea! End the series in style! *NM*
