Graendal was to Wheel of Time as the Comedian was to Watchmen. The joke was on them in the end. *NM* Bookwyrm Send a noteboard - 25/08/2011 06:33:37 AM
I am rereading Lord of Chaos (p. 170 paperback) and they mentioned Graendal's life pre and post Forsaken. In her regular life, she was an ascetic and lived a pure life. After, she seems to love nothing but the flesh and pleasure.

Is this personality flip a characteristic of 13 dreadlords and fades turning/forcing someone to the shadow?
BOHICA - Go ahead, ask me what it means.

I think this is most obvious with the Perrin at Dragonmount scene. - 18/08/2011 12:45:51 AM 718 Views
