I've tried looking it up, and according to <a href="http://encyclopaedia-wot.org/characters/c/cadsuane.html">Encyclopedia WoT</a>, Moiraine suspects Cadsuane of being black Ajah in New Spring, and it doesn't say anywhere that she changed her mind.
I expect sparks to fly when those two meet.
