Especially the Aes Sedai test. A mature Accepted has likely reached near the level of the peak of her power. She knows many, many weaves- except for the special AS-only weaves. She has all the training of an Aes Sedai, but none of the restrictions.

So, yes, she may not be tough enough, or strong enough, or serene enough, to have passed the test. But she's still a young woman with superpowers. Where does she go? What does she do? She's not like Setalle Anan, who got burned out. And what if she has no desire to join the Kin's creepy little cult?

The White Tower only frowns on gatherings of channelers, and people pretending to be Aes Sedai. I really, really wish that we saw some "wandering adventurers," or maybe town leaders, that could channel.
I amuse myself.
