Thom - Asmodean started as a child prodigy, but never lived up to his potential. Odd that he was one of the Forsaken that did the best in an outright battle against Rand.

2.) Why did the New Tongue develop and replace the old Tongue?

Language goes through periodic shifts all the time; The Breaking exacerbated this.

3.) Am I still the only person who likes Tuon/Fortuona?

Not sure, but I do know that I don't like her

Summer and we're getting so many questions and prophecies resolved that there are few loose ends remaining to debate.
