I also think this will be the real conflict at Merrilor, but the Wise Ones will most likely side with Rand once they hear from Aviendha. They won't like it, but peace with the Seanchan is a lesser evil compared to being completely wiped out.
Not at all. As Aviendha notes, the Aiel who initially decided to fight the Seanchan (her kids), had every reason to. I don't see why the Wise Ones would agree to any treaty which leaves their members leashed by the Sul'dam, and I don't see the Seanchan giving them up. Rand needs to come up with better than an enforced peace.
The Sea Folk, should they be present, could go either way. While Rand is their Coramoor, they have a strong hatred of the Seanchan. Their debt to Mat for freeing them in Ebou Dar could help make them more amenable to the idea of making peace with them, however.
But would Mat himself want that peace? I don't really see him being comfortable with a plan that leaves hundreds of women to be tortured and broken.
