No problem, Taint. My list assumes the skill of these folks as they are at the end of ToM:
1. Lan - Indestructible Powerhouse & Creator Anointed as Most Deadly in Randland. Warder Bonded.
2. Gawyn - Let's just review. We've recently seen him take down people who train Warders, trained Warders themselves, and trained Warders working as a team. Not to mention 2 Bloodknives simultaneously. THEN, he got the Warder bond on top of all that awesomeness. Yeah, he's pretty much a dick, but that doesn't change his skill.
3. Gareth Bryne - He's the one who freakin taught Gawyn & Galad. Plus, just took out a Bloodknife almost like it was nothing. Warder Bonded.
4. Galad - Call it what you want, luck, skill or smarts...but clearly one of the deadliest ever.
5. Rand - His lost hand sends him tumbling down the list, but he clearly remains among the most lethal.
6. Sleete - Beat Lan in the past, but now looses to Gawyn even with a partner. Warder Bonded.
7. Ituralde - We just haven't seen very much first hand with him, and I believe that was mostly with a pike. But but he does carry the heron mark.
* Tam - The others on this list have been working the sword in some capacity every single day for the past 15 to 40 years (excepting Rand who gets his natural talent ala Lews Therin). Tam simply isn't in the same class with others on this list right now. Currently in the series, Tam does not claim the heron mark. I agree that his past skill does merit honorable mention, however.
These next guys are all dead, so can't be ranked with the others now, but I'll list what number they would have been in parenthesis after their names.
Toram Riatin ( 2 ) - Almost isn't good enough, sir. But thank you for playing.
Valda ( 8 ) - Besides simply having to be ranked below the person who made him dead, I believe his mistake would have been caught by most of the others as well.
Turak ( 10 ) - You noticed that I skipped numbers to get here, didn't you? I'm not sure what makes a blademaster in Seanchan, but an almost completely untrained Rand took down this overconfident and undertalented swordsman.
