I'm ranking from strongest to weakest, since it makes more sense to me that way.
Lan is by far the best, and iirc RJ or BS have stated he's the best in Randland. Rand used to be close to Lan in skill, maybe even equal. Now that he's lost one hand, though, he's pretty much out of the running.
Galad is a distant third after Rand and Lan. He's good enough to beat Valda, and to cut up some street thugs in Samara, but we haven't really seen him in action other than that.
Gawyn is ok, but gets super lucky and then attributes his luck to skill.
Ituralde is a stellar general, but we've never seen him fight on his own (iirc). He's known to be a blademaster, but since we've never seen his swordplay it's difficult to rank him against the others.
Similar deal with Gareth Bryne. He's obviously a blademaster, but except for a brief skirmish in the Tower we've never seen him fight.
Riatin isn't bad, but not as good as he thinks. He beat Rand, but only because of the uniqueness of the circumstances. I'm curious how their fight would have gone without Fain and the bubble of evil as factors.
Tam is pretty solid with a sword. In a one-on-one fight, he could easily defeat Turak or Valda. He could possibly defeat Sleet, Bryne, Ituralde, and Riatin. Maybe even Gawyn and Galad too, if all the stars were aligned just right and he remembered to make a sacrificial offering at midnight under the full moon to the sword-form gods just before the fight. He could not defeat Rand or Lan.
Sleete is basically average Warder skill. As such, he's above Valda, Turak, Ituralde, and Riatin - the non-Warder-trained fighters. He's not equal in skill to Rand or Lan. He's probably about equal to the others.
Valda is a crap blademaster. He's similar to Gawyn in that he catches a lot of lucky breaks and then attributes that luck to his own skill, but Gawyn is at least smart enough to keep a lid on his ego while fighting. Valda isn't, and I'm kind of surprised he managed to attain blademaster level at all.
Turak was an egotistical fighter who thought that being High Blood should somehow be enough to win the fight by itself. He gotten beaten by a noob Rand, who had barely held a sword for 6 months and who was distracted for half the fight.
