Brandon might tell us at some stage how the male Forsaken strength tree looks. So post yours here, and let's see who comes closest ;)

I still feel some contrarian loyalty to the notion the BWB makes Demandred #1 by saying he was a hair behind LTT in every respect. After that, probably Ishy, Aginor because we know he's strong even by Forsaken standards, the other generals (Rahvin, Sammael, Be'lal), Balthamel and Asmo, who seems to be everyones weak sister.
