We need them to maintain the spike in activity.

I agree that false rumors can make things bad for the board, but so can the total absence of reviews.
As such, we can expect a dramatic increase in activity when tGS is just around the corner. Reviews, and I agree they must be spoiler free, should be allowed so that people will head here to read them, and then be drawn into the discussion.
I would prefer it though, if you ask them to run it by you first. Some posters like KCF, Wert, etc. are getting advanced review copies (I think) and can be relied upon to give sensible reviews. Why not ask them if they'd like to post their official spoiler free reviews here as well? Maybe they can read through some reviews from unknown people and see if there are any ridiculous claims which they know are false (if they have the time and inclination for it, of course)?
I think keeping reviews off the board will be silly, and people will go to Dragonmount, theoryland and even westeros for discussion if reviews are completely absent here.

If it's going to be in a separate section, and it's spoiler free, why is "NO" even an option?

Absolutley! ^ If they don't want to read that section then it shouldn't be a problem. *NM*
