even the "women" - does that count?
Also Trollocs, Fades, Dragkhar, and of course the Grey Men. The Nae'blis is male. The Dark One is male. So, the Shadow in general is probably the most pro-male.
He is a god. If he's male, than so is the creator so the rest of the world would be. I'm not sure about the shadow being the most pro-male, just the trollocs. The Forsaken have many females among their number.
Any pronoun used to refer to the DO has been male, so I'm guessing he's male.
There are females in the Forsaken and of course the Black Ajah, but the "senior management" is all-male, and the hoi polloi are almost exclusively male.
What do you consider to be the most pro-masculine culture/country in WoT? The most anti-female?

Women are probably not up to the functions of the other societies physically.

I think the Shienaran custom of protecting women is both patronizing and submissive ATST. *NM*
