In TDR, Egwene was shown reading a few pages from "The Travels of Jain" while Nynaeve was talking shop with Mother Guenna. It's not stated whether she's already read it before, but given the situation and her nervousness at the time, I'd say she had.
And given her "I want to know it all" personality, I am pretty sure she'd read almost every book in Two Rivers, most of them a few times. There are still pretty rare in the village. Though the printing press exists in Randland.
