The leader of the Aiel society is a woman who can channel nearly as weakly as Morgase.
Uh? The "Aiel Society" do not have a single leader.
Talking about channelling, the aiel IIRC barely knew the wise ones could channel, and the wise ones definitely channeled so seldom no one considered them a threat: they managed to be accepted and respected in the society almost-giving up the Power.
Of course, things have changed now, and this is one more things the aiel will have to fix.
