We also don't know how long it takes a Trolloc to mature, or, given that the True Power was used in their creation, that they are necessarily subject to rules of physics and matter & energy conversion. After all, their off-spring, the Myrdraal, certainly seem to defy the laws of physics in a number of ways, so maybe the Trollocs can live partially on the True Power or whatever.
