Sanderson is good at keeping his deadlines, but only because he is willing to sacrifice quality. Cynewulf Send a noteboard - 24/02/2011 11:39:20 PM
Well, he is very good at keeping to time frames but i was wondering that to, not because he hasn't started writing but because his re-read is not very far along. I'm also wondering how much of this book is already written by jordan and just needs editing or polishing to make it fit into sandersons.

Sanderson is good at keeping his deadlines, you are quite right, but only because he is more than willing to sacrifice the level of quality and polish this series - and indeed any novel at all - deserves.

I certainly hope that AMoL will be delayed. If that were to happen, that would be one of the first sound strategic decisions Sanderson and Team Jordan will have made in the course of this project.

I'd rather have a late good book than an on-time crap one *NM* - 24/02/2011 06:37:23 PM 349 Views
