I still hold to the point that your analogy is false. - Edit 1

The strongest woman should be able to match the feats of the strongest man. But I'm saying through the combination of strength and dexterity, Moghedien is less powerful than Asmodean when it comes to creating physical effects with the One Power.

But neither is the most powerful male or female channeler, so you can't really infer what middling level Forsaken can do to stronger channelers. While you could make a good argument that Asmodean can hold more of the One Power than Moghedien, you don't really have any evidence comparing their feats to make a comparison. It is also possible that Lanfear could be able to hold only a little more of the One Power than Asmodean could, while being able to generate some effects that are equal in magnitude to anything Lews Therin could do. Even though we are told that males and females are essentially equal, this cuts the other way as well: merely having more strength doesn't necessarily make a channeler effectively stronger than another - in fact, we've seen over and over again that despite any strength gap, the top level Forsaken are pretty evenly matched to the point where only the Dark One's intercession prevents them from going against one another to eliminate rivals. The properties of saidar could mean that a female at 60% is equally able to match the capacity of a male at 80% on the scale, though there might be areas where one or the other would be superior, whereas the average woman and the average man would be effectively equal in all areas.
