Anyone know where I can download the prologue? I have tried a lot of different sites, but they all seem to require either an american zip-code, or a kindle-reader/sony-reader/whatever. I'd really like to find somewhere I can download something which is readable on the computer, without having to get american citizenship 
Well, if you don't mind to lie a little, you could buy a mobipocket variant from mobipocket.com. While registering, you should claim american citizenship, but they never check it futher.
