there's a Dream/prophecy/vision of Egwene being touched by a hawk.
The only people associated with a hawk so far are Seanchan and Mayene
(Tuon or Berelain)
Also, everything is set up for her to be helped by a Seanchan. There happen to be three Seanchan in the White Tower right now, and she happens to know at least one (but probably two) of them, because they "trained" her. RJ went to hella trouble to have all of that happen.
Then there's the fact that Tuon will probably be against Rand breaking the seals too, so there is one reason for them to be on the same side.
