And it became more so at Fal Dara. So at best the Ter'angreal could have enhanced it a bit, and I don't see why. Luck is a big part of Mat, so it being due to a once mentioned *angreal would be a letdown.


yeah, luck is integral to his character, not something tacked on later by a ter'angreal. the finns call him gambler and trickster, and i don't they'd do that if he just boosted his luck with some device. the real question is what supercharged his luck after tar valon? the healing process? i wish we had more details on that healing.
afaik, until nynaeve started kicking things up a notch, AS basically had the one healing weave. are we to understand they used that same weave to remove the SL taint? i suppose we are, but that leaves the question of why the standard battlefield healing weave, even in a circle as it was, would do that.
