The Queen of Andor in Avi's viewing was actually Elayne's granddaughter. - Edit 1

It was mentioned that hers and Oncala's, the Avi descendant in this viewing, grandmothers, had been first-sisters
Anyway, it doesn't mean for sure that Elayne is dead in that future. This happens almost 60 years after the Last Battle and after 40-50 years on the throne it's quite likely that Elayne could've abdicated in favour of her children. Or left earlier with Rand for some Portal Stone world or something similar, there are strong hints of the Dragon and his women leaving going away after the Last Battle.
Plus those viewings are most probably not 100% prophetic, just a possibility. The strongest hint for that is that there were still an awful lot of Aiel left in the viewing which was about Aviendha's quadruplets, despite the Rhuidean prophesy that only "a remnant of a remnant" of them will be saved by Rand, the rest will be dead or not Aiel anymore. Yet Rand is gone in the viewing, and the Aiel are still there in big numbers.
