More likely to be Flinn. Lohikaarme Send a noteboard - 29/12/2010 08:18:19 PM
Nynaeve knows what to look for, thanks to Rand, so she could spot it in a moment if she ever has the chance to look, and since Egwene apparently feels it's past time Nynaeve stopped wasting precious time assisting that irrelevant Dragon when she SHOULD be in the Tower preparing for the Amyrlin to defeat the DO she may get that chance.

Unfortunately, I don't think Nynaeve has ever seen Compulsion weaved with Saidin, so she might miss it. Then again, she might also see the "gaps" where those weaves are.

Nynaeve might be able to diagnose it, but unable to remove saidin weaves (it's unclear to me whether there are actual weaves in the brain, or simply the "residue" from the Power having made altertions to the brain itself). Who else has the experience with Compulsion AND saidin required? All it will take is Egwene accepting that she needs Rand to save her.... (8

Flinn has matched Nynaeve in the 5 power healing and healing of Severing. So if a man is going to do it it'll be him.
Stuck in Finnland!
