I thought that the Dragon Blooded were the descendants of Elaynes' twins, Aviendhas' quadruplets and any children that Min may have. This might also include the children of Galad & Berelain, Egwene & Gawyn, Moiraine & Thom since their descendants would be related to the lineage that produced Rand.
I'd also like to know if male channelers among the Sea Folk were being found and trained to be Windfinders or Ashaman.
