Interrupted for us, IRRC. A lot of the discussion had to take place offscreen because of the book's structure.
The discussion between the Supergirls in TAR in Ch.14 continued after the Black Ajah attack, they moved to another place in TAR and went on with it. The fact that it happened offscreen was quite annoying to me, especially on the reread. They had so much info to share and I wanted to see their reactions. The Black Ajah purge, what Rand had been up to lately, how to react to his plan for the Seals (they started to discuss this, but there must've been more of it, since Elayne's position changed from ambivalent at first to supporting Egwene's side, as we saw when she met Perrin), the cleansing of Saidin, Elayne meeting Mat, etc. I realize that the reason for this was to avoid spoilers for the next few Elayne and Mat chapters, but this could've been solved simply by putting those earlier in the book than this TAR meeting.
As for Duhara, I agree that most likely she had been warned and went into hiding, maybe in the Black Tower.

Most of Elayne's chapters take place before the BA cleansing bits.

Actually she did. The last sentence of that chapter is her settling down to tell Elayne and Nynaeve. *NM*

I would assume, as DomA indicated, that having that explicitly detailed in that chapter
