Chalk it up to bad book structure.
interupted in TAR ... and I'm not certain she even knows Duhara is in Caemlyn, so why would she mention a specific Sister to Elayne?
Interrupted for us, IRRC. A lot of the discussion had to take place offscreen because of the book's structure. Brandon could not have Elayne and Egwene discuss things so early, because a lot had happened with Elayne that would be shown in later chapters only (the BA escape and so on).
Why would Egwene pass up the opportunity to give Elayne the list of all missing BA and sisters still under suspicion is more like it, IMO. Finding the BA is a priority for Egwene. Egwene is aware that there are full of sisters in Caemlyn. She's got E&E reports on that.
It's just that, as it's been point out, most of Elayne's chapters take place before she meets Egwene. The ones taking place afterward deal with other, specific matters (meeting Gawyn, meeting Perrin, discussing Cairhien and so on), and were not even all from Elayne's POV. Same for Egwene, her later chapters were few and far between, and showed us only some of the topics she was dealing with at the time.
By the book's end, I doubt Egwene isn't aware yet that Duhara is in Caemlyn, and that Elayne has not been told yet Duhara is BA. The thing is, Egwene won't expect Elayne to deal with this, the way she's taken upon herself to deal with the BA previously. Egwene will send a group of sisters, warders and guards from Tar Valon to capture Duhara. For all we know, this already happened on the timeline, or Egwene might be waiting for a fuller report, to cast her net wide and "arrest" all the sisters at various Inns in Caemlyn in one blow, bring them back to TV to swear on the OR or be executed for those on Verin's list.
Of course, by now it could also be that Duhara learned of the purge since and scampered away to join the rest of the BA. Surely both Alviarin and Mesaana know where she went for Elaida. Her orders from Elaida may not be the extent of what she's supposed to do in Caemlyn. She may have orders from the BA as well. My feeling is that she has a role to play in the invasion. She was to keep an eye on Elayne. She may also be the one who was tasked to facilitate the escape, or death, of the other BA. I get the feeling we'll see her again at the BT during TG. I'm half convinced this is where the BA have gone, or will be regrouped after Mesaana's demise.

Most of Elayne's chapters take place before the BA cleansing bits.

Actually she did. The last sentence of that chapter is her settling down to tell Elayne and Nynaeve. *NM*

I would assume, as DomA indicated, that having that explicitly detailed in that chapter
