In Chapter 3 of ToM it was made a clear distinction between the dream Egwene had about the Mesaana, the meaning of which Egwene felt immediately and knew it to be the right one, and the other two, including the one about the crystal sphere and Rand, which she couldn't interpret for the moment.
A bit later when she met Rand and he told her his plan for the seals, she thought about the crystal globe dream. But there's no mention here of Egwene being certain that's what the dream meant. If she was certain, why didn't she tell the Wise One about the dream?
She didn't tell Elayne and Nynaeve either, at least onscreen, even though both were reluctant to agree with her at first when she told him they need to oppose Rand's plan.
