I'd advise a re-read. Of ToM, and maybe the whole series...

Um... wasn't Latras plan to use the Choedan Kal in some never defined way?
It was very clearly defined. They planned to place a massive ward around Shayol Ghul.
The Choedan Kals whose access keys were made in areas that fell to the Shadow ere they were completed
Yes. But why is this relevant?
and whose research teams were heavily infiltrated by the Forsaken without the Aes Sedai every knowing it?
There is zero evidence for this.
Exactly what did Latra Posae contribute apart from ensuring that no women were affected by the Taint?
That's like asking what the Dragon contributed except Sealing away the DO...
Incidentally, she finished the Shadow, once LTT sealed the DO.
Bearing in mind that (admittedly mad) LTT still thinks the reason the DOs counterstrike was possible was due to the fact there were no women available to link.
Or, perhaps, we could bear in mind that the sane LTT said the women of AoL were wise to refuse to support his plan?
Egwene is committed to stopping something SHE'S decided is unthinkable,
Because the Pattern showed her so...
which would be fine if Jordan hadn't made unmistakably clear it's going to happen
What? Where did he make this clear? If anything, he's made this one of the murkiest aspects of the series!
wtf the Watcher of the Seals believes, Dreams or has inscribed on tablets from Mt. Horeb.
You mean the logic of the plot, facts about Dreaming, etc. are all wrong, and RJ intended to break the rules he himself made, and he also secretly told you this?
If all the other saidar channelers want to get on that road to nowhere they certainly may, but they'll end up the same place.
Which is?
Egwene can line up every channeler of BOTH sexes and extort her childhood sweetheart with every army in Randland (she apparently intends to do precisely the latter) but it's going to happen whether she likes it or not.
Says who?
What in her Dream indicates otherwise?
Nothing. I don't know why it should. The Dream shows nothing about the outcome, and we also can only speculate about the outcome. Unless you have a secret letter from RJ revealing the most important plot point of the series to you...
Perhaps she didn't mention it because all it would do is tell Rand she means to face him down with every available ally she can find,
How does her dream show any such thing? It shows Rand breaking Selas and dooming the world. Egwene's reaction isn't even in it!
that she apparently even trusts a faceless Seanchan woman (almost certainly Tuon) more than him.
Huh? She runs away from the Dream where a Seanchan woman offers her help...
Is there anything in the Dream to indicate she wins that confrontation, or just that it happens...?
Just that it happens. Its other stuff that hints at the results...

Egwene isn't supposed to be a leader. She's a dictator and a politician.
