When Moridin gives Graendal the Dreamspike, he mentions he has another, which "is being put to good use" [paraphrasing].
Where do you think this other Dreamspike is being used?
Since he says it's being put to GOOD use, I'd imagine it is being used to prevent Gateways somewhere,
but we have no on-screen evidence of this anywhere else in Randland, where most of the channelers are who are able to create Gateways.
Thoughts?
