No one suggested that Egwene felt Mesaana's strength at that point.

Shannow suggested exactly that. He had no clue this was Katerine, and he said that this statement proved that face to face, Egwene felt overwhelmed against Mesaana.

Egwene knows the strength of the Forsaken... She's measured Moghedien and she's seen Lanfear channel. Later in that chapter she does measure Mesaana's strength and says that she is very strong.

Yes. What none of this proves is that she is half as strong as them, or incapable of battling them.

There is no proof that she ran from Mesaana due to her reputation... It could have been based on her previous measurement of other Forsaken.

Or it could be based on the fact that the last time she faced Mesaana, Mesaana's knowledge of TAR was good enough to almost finish Egwene...

Fionwe's becoming an asshole, but he's not raising good points.

Real classy. Since it is now clear that the entire premise of your post was horribly wrong, move over to personal insults. That will make you point for you...
