Moghidien and Lanfear could have easily been killed off, in Lanfear's case, stayed dead. They have a roll yet to play. I think Lanfear's will be to come full circle as the one who drilled the bore, to being there to see it closed.
Moghidien, may live up to her rep and betray Moridin at a critical moment. I can't see them being mindtrapped going to waste.
