The vast majority of Westlands Sparkers either become AS, wind up in the Kin or else they simply die of the sickness. There is a small portion that become Wilders, but even these women seem to be somewhat stigmatized in the Westlands.
Well, wilders are stigmatized by Aes Sedai, but not by society at large. When Faile found out that Morgase was a wilder (as she thought), her first thought was of how useful it could be; she never derided her because of her ability. And most wilders who survive never even know they can channel (eg Wisdoms), and they are not stigmatized by general society either.
