Seems like the fact that they're presumably living hundreds of years would be a put-off to potential husbands, but this issue is never really addressed in the books that I recall. I don't see why sul'dam /wouldn't/ live super-long lives like all the others who can channel.
Either way, that could potentially increase or decrease the channelling genes in the gene pool. Increase if they're living super long lives and having a commensurate number of children, or decrease if their longevity drives away potential mates.

Not on their own. A long time working with the a'dam seems to get them just on the edge of being able to, but they never step over. (though you'd think it had happened at least a few times, given the vastness of the Seanchan empire and the length of time they've been collaring)
Since you can't Slow unless you actually channel, sul'dam will have ordinary lifespans.

The Seanchan are probably using leashed male channellers as damane too

The Ashaman's batting average against other channeler groups has been mediocre.

You forget that the Seanchan also know how to fight channelers with conventional forces.

I never said the Damane were better than Ashaman on 1 to 1 basis.
