1. Matts letter. 2. Elayne interrogating the black ajah.
Annoying as hell, both of 'em. Don't even tell me Mat is that bad of a speller. I guess he just started being one too, as his letter to Elayne and Nynaeve in Ebou Dar was uh, nothing at all like the one he just sent Elayne! I second whoever said that Jordan's letter would have been hilarious.
Elayne just bungles the shit outta things eh? Damn Min, you should have kept your mouth shut on this one subject, because all we've seen out of it is some reckless BS. I feel for Birgitte.
Uh, I know this was a tiny tiny part, but Egwene thinking to herself "Well, I sure as hell am NOT going to be tested. No need. Shouldn't have to." just made me want to slap her. Way to circumvent the laws there, Ms. I Am Tower Law. Weren't we supposed to hate Elaida for screeching that same line in TGS? I know some big players will probably have to take a bullet in the Last Battle, and I hope Egwene is one of them. As I said before, she can get balefired right the hell outta the pattern and I would still miss Hopper more.
But yeah, her saying that, then browbeating Nynaeve, then letting the sisters at the ter'angreal put her through living hell? This was such a... "David Brent" move, a la The Office (UK). Just pathetic. What's next? Some vague management jargon, telling the Sitters they need to "look at the whole pie" before rejecting the Kin? Get your ass in the ter'angreal and do what needs to be done.
Well I'll be... I almost forgot her little tidbit with Rand! "Hmm. Yeah, we are facing the doom of the entire universe, with you as our only hope. Now, forget about reality unraveling, I'm gonna need you to sit down for a few weeks and be probed for signs of insanity. Hope you understand!". Whaaat? Thank god Rand just told her to get a life, and that he's got some matters of slight importance that need tending to. I cannot wait to see Ms. Tower Law in action when the Seanchan tear the roof off the joint, and THIS time her ass has to hold to the Oaths!
“Sometimes I get hungry,”

I love Ituralde, slightly A-teamish but better more realistic than most of the stuff in there *NM*

+1, given the casualties on the Light side, I don't see what's A-Teamish? *NM*

Well I'm pretty sure he wrote it out himself. I doubt that's a detail RJ would have outlined.

Mat isn't 7, & he wrote a perfectly fluent letter in a matter of minutes under pressure from a noble

That is what made me think Mat wrote the letter that way on purpose.
