he's just not as literate which would account for his lack of vocab.


Mat has written a one-shot letter before, while he was nervous because Tylin was in the room, and his spelling was perfectly fine.

I had forgotten about THAT letter until later today when I started thinking more about the letter in TOM, and perhaps BS did make it a bit TOO elementary. :)
