I don't know if he still has to enter in the flesh still but it wouldn't suprise me.
As for strength, I would imagine he is the same or stronger then Egwene, I mean if Perrin is that strong then it stands to reason that Rand would be atleast that strong, plus with LTT being the best of the best in the age of legends, he would prolly have that much knowledge of the world of dreams
