I have to say when I was reading Aviendha's trip through the rings it struck me that the timeline was WAY screwy ... Aviendha and Elayne should both be alive and rather young seeming during parts of it ... either that or they both die quite early (for Channelers) deaths. Elayne (assuming she takes the oaths) should live at least 300-350 years given her OP Stength. Aviendha, who won't have take the oaths, will live in the ball park of 650-700 years. Having them both be dead while their first generation of children still live (especially non-channelers) seems like there is way more to the story than we saw.

It reminded me of Nicola's Foretelling, the "three on the boat and he who is dead yet lives" part, perhaps they all sail away together after the LB for an extended holiday ;P More seriously, that prophecy has always left me feeling that they (Rand and his girls) will not be hanging around after the LB and Avi's visions seem to reinforce that.
