1. The Black Tower--most likely behind the scenes, with Taim as his proxy
2. Secret army that we've had 0 clues to likely in the Blight
3. Shara
4. Seanchan somewhere
5. The Borderlander army--still a MINOR chance. I've basically ruled it out, but, I won't say it's completely impossible.
6. Isle of Madman? (I say the chances of this are the lowest of the low, and only being mentioned for the sake of completeness. I don't believe that it has EVER been mentioned in the main-line books, and only mentioned in the Big White Book)
