I'm curious if things are once again pointing to Demandred in the Black Tower again. The gateway failures definitely point to another Dreamspike, which either someone found (Demandred) or was granted by Moridin (he had two.) He's also the only Forsaken left that we know nothing about their placement/plans. If Taim is not Demandred (which I think has been officially established), my guess is he's there behind the scenes.
I'd love to hear where other people feel he is however...

We are running out of places Demandred can be. If my memory is right he is suppose to be in a place of power, not on some mountain top like Graendal. The Borderland army is out now. Murandy was thought a possibility but it really isn't much of a power. Galgan with the Seanchan doesn't seem right. He would have to use the Mirror of Mist and fool alot of people over a long time. I don't see how he could be anywhere else.
Adding in the 13 x 13 turning people to Darkfriends trick reinforces that idea. Taim couldn't come up with that by himself.
