I really liked it, there were so many awesome moments. TGS was dull in comparison. Even the Perrin storyline was highly enjoyable.
I thought the characters felt "true" (much more so than in TGS), although the dealings between Mat and Elayne seemed to go a little too smoothly.
The odd chronology was the only thing that really disturbed me.
By now many of you would have read the new book. There are some reviews out there already.
